A "love box" is a thoughtful and organized way to store important documents and information that can be crucial for end-of-life planning and management. During this interactive workshop, you will create and store the following items for your love box:

1. Will and Testament: A legal document specifying your wishes for the distribution of your assets and the care of any dependents. We will give you resources to have this created.
2. Power of Attorney Documents: Designate someone to make legal and financial decisions on your behalf if you become unable to do so. We will have this for you.
3. Healthcare Proxy or Medical Power of Attorney: Specify someone to make medical decisions for you if you are unable to communicate. We will have this for you.
4. Living Will or Advance Healthcare Directive: Outline your preferences for medical treatment in case you are unable to communicate. We will have this for you.
5. Life Insurance Policies: Include details about your life insurance policies, including the policy numbers and contact information for the insurance company. We will talk about how much you should have and why! We will also have agents on hand to quote new policies should you need one.
6. Financial Account Information: List all bank accounts, investment accounts, retirement accounts, and any other financial assets, along with relevant contact information.
7. Passwords and Logins: Provide a secure and updated list of passwords for online accounts, including email, social media, and financial accounts.
8. Funeral and Burial Instructions: Specify your preferences for your funeral or memorial service, burial or cremation, and any other related details. We will give you a few things to think about.
9. Property and Asset Documents: Deeds, titles, and other documents related to properties and valuable assets you own. (You will gather these after the event)
10. Contact Information: A list of important contacts, including family members, friends, legal representatives, and healthcare providers.
11. Debts and Liabilities: Document information about any outstanding debts, loans, or other financial obligations. (You will gather these after the event.)
12. Safe Deposit Box Information: Details about the location of your safe deposit box and the key or combination.
13. Personal Letters or Messages: Optional but thoughtful, include personal letters to loved ones or messages you'd like to share.
14. Child Care & Pet Care Instructions: If you have kids or pets, include instructions for their care, feeding, and any specific needs.
15. Photocopies of Identification: Copies of your driver's license, passport, and any other important identification documents. (You will gather these after the event.)
