Business Roundtable: Managing Talent in the Community

In June, roundtable participants discussed different ideas for dealing with labor shortages which are a top issue affecting businesses.  One of the ideas discussed was creating a local, business-focused group to attract, manage, and refer talent made up of members of the business community.  This roundtable will be a discussion among business community members on how such a group would need to be structured in the local community and what the plan of action needs to be to start, build, maintain, and grow the group.
