Celebrate the diversity here in West Texas with the second annual Basin PBS West Texas Heritage Festival. Enjoy live performers, cultural displays, craft, art, clothing and more all from local vendors and cultural organizations. This is a FREE family-friendly event to experience and learn about all the different cultures we share here in West Texas and just have fun! 2-6:30pm - Experience the festival 7pm - The Wailers concert All free of charge – so come, be inspired, connect and share the beauty of all the cultures of West Texas.
