The West Texas Jazz Society is proud to host its regular Sunday Afternoon Jazz Jam on Sunday, May 17th from 2-4pm at The Public House in Midland. It is free and open to the public. Our jazz jam sessions are essentially "open mics" where we provide the rhythm section for local musicians who request jazz standards and then perform them live! Bring your voice, trumpet, sax, trombone, guitar, flute, or whatever and have a tune in mind. Then sign up on the sheet! We can't wait to hear your talent! All ages welcome to perform.
