ProJect30 will host a special donation STRONG by Zumba class benefiting Hearts Abide on Sunday, October 8th.
Midland, Texas (October 3, 2017) – ProJect30 invites the community to attend a special donation class benefiting Hearts Abide on Sunday, October 8th at 4:00 p.m. STRONG by Zumba combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every move. In this one-hour class, you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs, and glutes. A minimum $20 donation will gain you entrance into the class and provide much needed support to families in our community. Hearts Abide is a non-profit organization, founded in 2009, that supports those who have suffered the loss of a baby through miscarriage, stillbirth, SIDS, and other types of infant death. The organization supports an annual October event to remember babies gone too soon. They also provide local and surrounding hospitals with customized memory boxes for families experiencing infant loss. Class reservations are required, as space is limited.
