The City of Midland, Parks & Recreation Division is hosting the 9th Annual Halloween Fest at the Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center on Thursday, October 28th.
This event will be held from 6-8 p.m. and promotes a free, safe trick or treating environment.
This year the event will be held at MLK Park next to the MLK Center.
