PermiaCare will be having a Mental Health First Aid training on May 20th. This is a great training for individuals to learn how to identify, understand, and respond to signs and symptoms of mental illness or crisis. This training provides tools and resources to be able to provide initial help, intervene in a crisis, and connect with appropriate professional help. In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, training will be at no cost to participants. Lunch will be provided.
