2nd Annual Leadership Midland Cook-Off & Car Show presented by Henry Resources will be held on Saturday, April 2nd on the grounds of The American Legion Post #19 in Midland, TX (501 Veteran's Airpark Lane). There will be a Cooks dinner Friday night on the grounds. The Chili will be CASI sanctioned (Chili Grind Only)and the cook-off includes Chicken, Pork Spareribs and Brisket. Judging times: Chicken 12:00pm, Pork Spareribs 1:00pm, Chili 2:00pm and Brisket 3:00pm. Entry fees are Chili $18, Chicken, Pork Spareribs & Brisket each $25. Each team will receive 4 shirts.
