John Erickson, award-winning author of the “Hank the Cowdog” series, will perform and sign books October 5 at Centennial Library. The free program will begin at 10:30 a.m., followed by the book signing. Books will be available to purchase on site by Barnes & Noble Booksellers.
Erickson, a 2019 inductee into the Texas Literary Hall of Fame, was born in Midland and lives on his ranch in Perrtyon. His “Hank the Cowdog” series includes 73 titles published over 37 years, with the 74th Hank adventure, “The Frozen Rodeo,” scheduled to release this fall.
