Michael Vaught has been in the IT industry for over 20 years and holds a Bachelor of Science from Wayland Baptist University. Michael has been with CTSI for 18 years. Within a year of joining CTSI Michael moved to a Technology Consultant position. While in this position, Michael significantly grew CTSI’s customer base and greatly contributed to the company’s growth.

Michael has shown exceptional abilities to anticipate customer needs, strategic insight, and the ability to foster and cultivate long-term relationships. His success in this position prompted his promotion to the Director of Technology Consulting in January 2011. As of July 1, 2019, Michael is now the Senior Vice President of Technology Consulting and Marketing for CTSI and one of four owners of the company.

Prior to joining CTSI, Michael’s professional experiences included work in technical services, as well as project management. He has experience in network design, project management, and consulting.


Julie Heinrich joined Computer Transition Services, Inc. (CTSI) in 2012 after receiving an Outstanding Marketing Senior Award and her Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from Texas Tech University.

She has been with CTSI for over 10 years and has contributed to the overall growth, brand awareness, and market presence of CTSI. Since starting at CTSI, Julie has created the marketing processes, programs, and department from the ground up, and has spearheaded new business development efforts that have contributed to the growth and success of CTSI. She has been a facilitator in IT communities and peer groups and continually participates in IT community events, forums, and groups.

In July of 2022, she was promoted to Marketing & New Business Development Manager and leads the marketing department. She is an integral part of the CTSI family and has an excellent work ethic, passion, and commitment to her role, her co-workers, our clients, and to CTSI. She is a leader and key contributor to the success of CTSI.

Zac Fitzgerald joined CTSI in December 2019 as the Technology Consultant representing the Permian Basin & Eastern New Mexico areas. Zac grew up in Lubbock, TX ,and graduated from Idalou High School.

In 2018, Zac graduated with a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry from the College of Arts & Sciences at Texas Tech University. Over the past three years, Zac has helped design and provide solutions to improve the life and business success of our clients while also achieving certifications with Cisco, HPE, Cybersecurity Fundaments for Sales, and CompTIA Network+ to name a few.

Zac is a vital part of the CTSI family, and his commitment to his role, his clients, and his teammates is unmatched. He is a leader and a key contributor to the success of CTSI.
