Karen Whiteman is a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP) with the Nutritional Therapy Association and a Restorative Wellness Practitioner. She has a passion for helping people address nutritional deficiencies and sensitivities so that they can have more energy and focus to live out the days ahead. She believes that stress affects EVERY aspect of our health and that it is crucial we get a handle on it in order to be as healthy as possible. She is currently consulting at Midland Athletic Company.
