What is the culture of your business? What culture do you want your business to have? These are questions that every business owner and leader need to ask themselves. Having the right culture within an organization is one of the key factors that contributes to growth and sustainability. However, in a lot of businesses, a focus is often not put on creating and maintaining culture.
