Event Description:
There are a lot of stereotypes and misconceptions about working with younger generations. The fact is as younger generations continue to enter the workforce and rise to positions of increasing responsibility, getting past the stereotypes and misconceptions and bridging these gaps are going to be increasingly important.
Participants will discuss with other business leaders and senior leadership with Emergent Partners different ways they can find common ground with younger generations of workers and ways they can turn different perspectives into team approaches to help their organizations succeed.
