  • 20 passes to gain admittance in the Sponsor Hospitality area (includes food & 3 drink tickets per attendee)
  • Verbal recognition at the event
  • Your logo on the back of volunteer t-shirts; logos are single-color
  • Distribution rights at the event:
    • Sponsor may provide “Swag” for the Chamber to distribute to VIP’s and Volunteers (Sponsor must provide 2 weeks prior to the event)
    • Sponsor may set up a 10 X 10 Business Information tent in the Food Court Area of the event
  • Your logo prominently displayed on stage signage
  • Up to 8 banners prominently displayed around the grounds (provided by sponsor)
  • Recognition in promotional material*:
    • Your logo on the television spot
    • Your logo on print advertising in the Midland Reporter-Telegram
    • Your logo on the Star Spangled Salute website with a direct link to your company’s website
    • Your logo on the Chamber website’s Home page (rotating advertisement) and Event page (recognition will remain on event page until the following years event is announced)

    • Sponsor may provide 1 LinkedIn content post** to share on the Midland Chamber of Commerce LinkedIn business page (Must receive content 60 days prior to or 10 days preceding event submission will be posted on a first come basis at the Chamber’s discretion)

  • Additional Sponsor-specific items:
    • Food court sponsor also receives recognition on 2 area signs (large truss structure with banners on front/back denoting area and sponsorship.)
