Kelly Hart & Hallman has been a proud part of the Midland business community since 2014, when we opened our local office under the leadership of William B. Burford. Bill brought decades of deep oil and gas transactional and title experience to the team, and over the last twelve years, we’ve grown to include highly skilled litigators specializing in energy titles, medical litigation, intellectual property, and mediation.

Today, Kelly Hart has grown to more than 160 attorneys across Texas and Louisiana—with offices in Midland, Fort Worth, Austin, Baton Rouge, and New Orleans.
