About Us

Goodwill West Texas is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization with the mission of providing opportunities for people with barriers to employment.

We operate 15 retail stores across West Texas through the generous donations of gently-used donations of clothing, shoes, and accessories, furniture, household wares, and more. Eighty-seven cents of every dollar spent in our thrift stores directly funds our mission.

Internally, we provide job opportunities through our retail operations, where more than 65% of our team has an identified disability or disadvantage to employment. Our other mission programs include four regional Career Centers as well as internal mission programs providing personal and professional development opportunities for our team's growth.
