Weigh to Success Informational Seminar

Weigh to Success, our bariatric weight loss program, holds informational seminars on the third Thursday of every month at 4:00 PM. The seminar lasts approximately 1 hour and it is free and with no obligation at that time. You are more than welcome to bring someone with you. At the end of the seminar you will receive your new patient packet to be completed and returned at which time you will be scheduled for your consult with Dr. Van Husen. At the time of your consult we will decide together which procedure is best for you and then schedule any necessary pre-op testing and then submit to insurance for approval.

To attend an informational seminar simply check in at the information desk located inside the front entrance of Midland Memorial Hospital before 4:00 PM.

Seminars are held in the Private Dining Room. Due to the amount of information that is given during a seminar, anyone arriving more than 15 minutes late will be asked to attend the next seminar.
